We want you to enjoy your experience with Dollar King. Our Return Policy demonstrates our commitment to create an enjoyable shopping experience at all stages of your purchase.

Change of Mind purchases

Dollar King offers exchanges for Change of Mind purchases within seven days of the transaction*.

In addition to proof of purchase (i.e. receipt), we also require you to keep the product in a resaleable condition where the product has not been opened, as not been used, and the original packaging is still intact.

* Please note that the following items are excluded from returns for change of mind purchases:

  • Clothing (including costumes), underwear, hosiery and swimwear
  • Cosmetics and fragrances
  • Items of jewellery
  • Umbrellas
  • Personal care products including toothbrushes, combs and towels
  • Bedding accessories including pillow cases, blankets and quilt covers

Refund Policy

We are happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or a refund for items that contain a manufacturing fault, where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description.

We request customers to approach our service counters at the original shop from where you purchased the item, and present the receipt of your transaction long with all components and accessories supplied with the product so that our staff can assist you with processing the refund successfully.

Please note that Dollar King cannot offer a refund or exchange for products that have sustained damage due to inappropriate usage. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.
